Πιστοποιητικό ΔΕΔΔΗΕ (ΔΕΗ)

Τα πιστοποιητικά ΔΕΗ (ΔΕΔΔΗΕ), κοινός ΥΔΕ (υπεύθυνη δήλωση εγκαταστάτη) διενεργούνται :
\n\n
\n\n
\n\t- Σε νέα εγκατάσταση ή αίτηση για μόνιμη σύνδεση με το δίκτυο (νέες οικοδομές)
\n\t- Τροποποίηση παροχής ή ηλεκτρικής εγκατάστασης (νυχτερινό ρεύμα, επαύξηση παροχής, αλλαγή ονόματος, μεταφορά ρολογιού
\n\t- Αίτηση για εργοστασιακή παροχή και ετήσια ανανέωση της
\n\t- Ανακαίνιση οικοδομής
\n\t- Περιοδικός έλεγχος ηλεκτρικής εγκατάστασης (επανέλεγχος).
\n\t- Σε περίπτωση θεομηνίας
\n\t- Σοβαρών ατυχήματα ή συμβάντα (πυρκαγιά, ηλεκτροπληξία)
\n\t- Σε περίπτωση καταγγελίας φυσικών ή νομικών προσώπων.

Για τις νέες οικοδομές τα δικαιολογητικά που χρειάζονται είναι:
\n\n
\n\n
\n\t- Αίτηση στο αρμόδιο γραφείο της ΔΕΔΔΗΕ που βρίσκεται το ακίνητο
\n\t- Λογαριασμός κατανάλωσης
\n\t- Επικυρωμένο φωτοαντίγραφο της οικοδομικής άδειας
\n\t- Υπεύθυνη Δήλωση Αδειούχου Ηλεκτρολόγου Εγκαταστάτη
\n\t- Στην συνέχεια γίνεται αυτοψία από αρμόδιο υπάλληλο της ΔΕΔΔΗΕ και βγαίνει ο προϋπολογισμός δαπάνης της παροχέτευσης

Έλεγχοι και Επανέλεγχοι Ηλεκτρικών Εγκαταστάσεων
\n\n
\n\n
Οι ‘’έλεγχοι’’ διενεργούνται για να διασφαλίσουμε την λειτουργικότητα, την αξιοπιστία των ηλεκτρικών εγκαταστάσεων, καθώς και την ασφαλή χρήση τους από τους καταναλωτές της ΔΕΔΔΗΕ, (άρθρο 5 της απόφασης Φ.7.5/1816/88/27.02.04), σύμφωνα με τις τεχνικές απαιτήσεις και την μεθοδολογία του ΚΕΗΕ (πριν του 2006) και νέου προτύπου ΕΛΟΤ HD384 (μετα το 2006) ανάλογα με το έτος της οικοδομικής αδείας

\n\n
Ο αρχικός έλεγχος πρέπει να διενεργείται πριν την πρώτη ηλεκτροδότηση κάθε εγκατάστασης ή μετά από σοβαρή τροποποίησή της.
\n\n
\n\n
Ο επανέλεγχος διενεργείται βάσει νομό σε συγκεκριμένες χρονικές περιόδους που είναι :
\n\n
\n\n
\n\t- Για κατοικίες και ανάλογους χώρους, τουλάχιστον κάθε δεκατέσσερα (14) χρόνια,
\n\t- Για κλειστούς επαγγελματικούς χώρους που δεν έχουν εύφλεκτα υλικά, τουλάχιστον κάθε επτά (7) χρόνια (γενικά καταστήματα εμπορικού ενδιαφέροντος, γραφεία και οπού δεν γίνετε χρήση εύφλεκτά υλικά),
\n\t- Για κλειστούς επαγγελματικούς χώρους που έχουν εύφλεκτα υλικά, τουλάχιστον κάθε δύο (2) χρόνια,(λ.χ. βενζινάδικα)
\n\t- Για χώρους ψυχαγωγίας και συνάθροισης κοινού, τουλάχιστον κάθε ένα (1) χρόνο,(θέατρα, σινεμά, κέντρα διασκεδάσεως, δημοσιά κτίρια)
\n\t- Για επαγγελματικές εγκαταστάσεις στο ύπαιθρο (μαρίνες, πισίνες, κάμπινγκ) τουλάχιστον κάθε ένα (1) χρόνο και σε περίπτωση διακοπής της ηλεκτροδότησης πριν από την επανασύνδεση.
\n\t- Σε περίπτωση θεομηνίας
\n\t- Σοβαρών ατυχήματα ή συμβάντα (πυρκαγιά, ηλεκτροπληξία)
\n\t- Σε περίπτωση καταγγελίας φυσικών ή νομικών προσώπων.

Για τους ελέγχους/ επανελχνους τα δικαιοδοτικά είναι:
\n\n
\n\n
\n\t- ΥΔΕ από εγκαταστάτη ηλεκτρολόγο
\n\t- Αλλαγή ιδιοκτησιακό / χρηστικό καθεστώς (συμβόλαιο του σπιτιού ή ενοικιαστήριο ακίνητου ή χώρου)
\n\t- Λογαριασμός τουλάχιστον τελευταίου 12μηνου
\n\t- Αστυνομική ταυτότητα καταναλωτή
\n\t- Εκκαθαριστικό εφορίας
\n
\n\n
Οι έλεγχοί / επανελχνοι γίνονται με την χρήση πολυοργανο σύμφωνα:
\n\n
\n\n
\n\t- Συνέχεια γείωσης εσωτερικού κυκλώματος
\n\t- Συνέχεια ισοδυνάμων συνδέσεων
\n\t- Μονώσεις καλωδίων
\n\t- Λειτουργία ΔΔΕ (ρελε ηλεκτροπληξία)
\n\t- Γείωση εγκατάσταση
\n\t- Βρόγχος σφάλματος κυκλώματος
\n
\n\n
\n\n
Αν δεν γίνουν τα παραπάνω και απλό σας παραδοθεί η ΥΔΕ (πιστοποιητικό ΔΕΗ), μόνο χωρίς έλεγχό με το πολυοργανο, είναι ψευδή στοιχεία που αναγράφονται, αν γίνει κάτι είναι και ο υπογράφων στο πιστοποιητικό ιδιοκτήτης / χρήστης της εγκατάσταση συνυπεύθυνος με τον υπογράφων εγκαταστάτη ηλεκτρολόγο
